As a Team Lead you will get a unique chance to become a member of the Slush community, get to know like-minded people, and join the behind-the-scenes of the world’s leading startup event. You can expect full days of work during the Slush Week, starting from the Side Events on Monday (Nov 17) in Helsinki, leading up to the main event days (Nov 19–20) at Messukeskus.
Physical availability close to the Slush Week is recommended and in some roles even necessary. Some of the roles require physical presence only during the week before the main event. The workload varies from 15-20 h/week depending on the month and the Team Lead role. Usually, the workload increases as we’re approaching the Slush Week.
