💡If you’ve happened to create a company profile for a company that already exists on the Slush Platform, here’s how you should proceed.

First, let’s delete the duplicate company.

1. Go to your company profile by clicking on your company’s name in the bottom left corner of the navigation bar on the Slush Platform – it’s below your email address.

2. In your company profile, select the button with three dots on the upper right corner of your profile (pictured) and select “Delete company”.

   

3. Your company profile has now been deleted!

Next, let’s find the company profile you want to join.

1. Click “Add a Company Profile” anywhere on the platform, for example on your personal profile (pictured)

1. In the Create Company Profile view, select the category in which the company you want to join belongs to – while it says “Create”, you’ll be able to join a company in the next step.

1. Once selected, you’ll see a view where you can start typing the name of the company you want to join. It’s important to not click on “Next” – Rather click on the name of the profile you want to join.

1. Once you have opened the right profile, click on “Request to join”.

1. Done! ✅ Now anyone who’s an admin in the company profile you have created will receive a notification that you would like to join the profile and can accept your request.
2. Once accepted, you can be promoted to Admin so you can make edits to the company profile if needed.
