Matchmaking is one of the best ways to meet people, companies and investors at Slush. In order to experience matchmaking yourself, go to Slush Platform – Matchmaking tab and find matches!
Start by selecting who would you like to meet — People, Startups, Investor, Limited Partners or Other Organizations. Then you can enter keywords, like names, and apply various filters. Additionally, you can view your saved profiles by toggling the ⭐️ icon and to switch between card and table view.
In order to send someone a meeting request, you should open their profile. This can be done directly if you are browsing for people, however if you are looking for, let’s say, other organizations, you need to open the company profile first by clicking “View Profile”.
Then the company information card will slide from the right. There you will find the team members listed under the company profile and their positions. Click to the profile of the person who you want to send a meeting request to.
Once you open a profile, go to the “Suggest meeting”
From there you will be asked to choose a location, date and time. We will ask you to to pick a location first, so we can find available times. Type in your message and hit “Send”! After this the meeting invite will be sent and you will be able to see the pending invitation from My meetings.
