<aside> ⭐ In order to join Slush, all the tickets you have bought should be assigned to the people who will be joining you at the event. To get started, choose the “Manage tickets” option in the navigation menu. Please notice that this guide applies if you are the Owner of your tickets, meaning you have purchased them through our shop or someone from Slush has created your tickets. In case a user assigns you a ticket, you will not become the Owner. You can still assign the ticket further but cannot Revoke them.

The Manage tickets page will look like this

<aside> ⭐ The “Assign” option will open a window where you can choose to assign your ticket, either through the “Quick assign” option which is available if you have a Company Profile and your company members are in that profile, or with an email address. If you’d like to learn how to get your team under your profile, you can check out our Inviting people to your Company Profile guide.

After you have assigned the ticket, you’ll see this view with three options

  1. Revoke, which returns the ticket to you. If you “Revoke” a ticket, it goes back to being Unassigned.
  2. Re-assign, where you can repeat the previous process to assign the ticket to someone else, for example, if someone from your team has to cancel and someone else will replace them at Slush.
  3. View, which shows your ticket information.
