At Slush, our mission is to empower founders to change the world. However, the fast-paced startup ecosystem compels us to constantly ask “What’s next?” and “How can we improve?”. For each Team Head, we seek the ability to quickly learn new skills, take on leadership responsibilities, and lead and execute complex projects from the bird's-eye view down to the smallest detail.

We are interested in learning about your vision for the medium-term state of the Investor team to support the Slush mission. Please answer the following questions in no more than two pages:

  1. What’s the most useless thing we’re doing in the Investor Team right now that we should stop doing in 2025, and why?
